Resale Shop
The Second Chance Resale Shop began in 2014 as a small local shop. The goal was to meet the needs in our neighborhood. Over the years the reach has extended from Godfrey to the Riverbend to the World.
The mission of the shop is to share Jesus with everyone who enters. Through donations of product and hardworking volunteers we are able to equip Assemblies of God Missionaries as well as meet the needs in our local community.
The Resale Shop is a God given vision beginning in 2014. The vision is to supply the community with clothing, housewares and decor at an affordable price and the proceeds support local Non-Profits, US missionaries and World missionaries of the Assembly of God. All donations are from the community.
When you come to the store expect to find clothing that is carefully inspected for stains or rips. All housewares are inspected for any disrepair and tested for workability. Our volunteer staff spend many hours serving and caring for our customers.
We add to the merchandise continuously and have sales often. Come see the many treasures and check us out on Facebook.
Donations
We accept donations during business hours.
Currently accepting clothing and housewares and kids toys in good condition. Since the shop is small, we don’t currently have the ability to accept large quantities of donations such as remnants of estate sales or furniture.
